Fiesta Coasters

Materials: Peaches & Crème Worsted Weight Cotton, 1 ¾ oz & G Hook. For the example, I used #175 Fiesta Ombre.

Chain 6, join to form a ring.

Rnd 1: Sl st in the ring, ch 3, dc, ch 2, in same ring; (2 dc, ch 2) in the ring 4 more times. Join with a sl st to the top of beginning ch-3. [6 – ch-2 spaces].

Rnd 2: Sl st over into the next ch-2 sp, ch 3, (1 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in the same ch-2 sp; work (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in each ch-2 sp around. Join with a sl st to the top of the beginning ch-3.

Rnd 3: Ch 3, dc in the next dc, (ch 1, 2 dc in the next space, ch 1, dc in the next 4 dc) around. Join with a sl st to the top of beginning ch-3.

Rnd 4: Ch 3, 3 dc in each sp and in each dc around. Join with a sl st to the top of the beginning ch-4.

Rnd 5: (Ch 3, skip the next dc, sl st in the next dc) around. Join with a sl st to the first ch-3 loop. Finish off and weave in ends.
