NEW - Lil Butterfly Doily

This pattern is my original design for “Sweet Little Butterfly” Doily in filet crochet.  When making it using size #10 thread and a size #7 hook, it should measure 6.4” wide X 7.0” tall when finished.

Using my chart below and starting at the bottom right corner of the pattern, chain 57.  Chain an additional 3 which will count as the first double crochet for the first row.  Double crochet in the 5th chain from the hook.  Double crochet in the next 2 chains which will complete the bottom right solid square of the pattern.  Continue following pattern for the first row reading pattern right to left.  After completing the first row, chain 3 to turn to start the next row.  Continue following the pattern until all the rows are complete.  At the end of row 28, fasten off.

This pattern is designed and copyrighted by Joyce A. Hodnett 2003   You may print out a copy of my patterns for your own personal use.  Do not post my patterns to any web sites, blogs, emails, or crochet groups.  I hope that you enjoy the pattern.
